How It All Began – Our Story
Since 1986, I have been passionate about education and training—starting with PC training in the classroom and, since 2006, with my own eLearning courses on IT topics. As a true "explainer," I love making complex content easy to understand. The soft skills training market was waiting to be conquered. But simply copying existing soft skills courses? Pointless. Then the idea struck!
In April 2024, while reflecting on AI, I had a breakthrough: Why not completely rethink soft skills training—with AI-powered role-playing scenarios where learners can immediately apply what they’ve learned?
The first tests were a revelation: It works! Together with my sons, I am further developing the concept. Today, a team of writers and designers is working on expanding the course library.
What sets us apart
The initial feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive: They particularly appreciate the ability to jump straight into "doing"—something that was previously not possible in traditional behavior training.
And we’re taking it even further: In addition to role-playing scenarios, we’re developing AI-powered exercises, continuously expanding our course library, and optimizing the user experience. Our advantage? We’re making it even stronger!
